ABOUT US
From recycling ship generated waste
POTENTIAL FOR CO2 REDUCTION
OUR GOAL
The world fleet produces around 347 million tones of different waste streams, if these waste streams are recycled, the potential of CO2 reduction represents FOUR TIMES the waste that is recycled in the United States.
TGMs Network of 200 ports offer the first coordinated effort in the industry to implement the first global recycling program for ship generated waste, tracking the final disposal of each waste stream with the carbon footprint. Also, crediting CO2 savings to the ships when recycling processes are implemented.

• How often is your ship delayed for waste management problems?
• Standardization and concentration of waste management information/certificates from dozens of suppliers (Units of measure, waste stream classification, waste time in invoice interpretation/clarification, etc…)
• Certainty of where does the waste end up? Who audits that the facilities are disposing correctly the waste? Who is accountable if something goes wrong in the process?
• Are you using the most sustainable suppliers worldwide? Are you aware of the CO2 reduction your fleet is contributing by using most sustainable Port Reception Facilities?
• How much time your crew wastes on waste?
